About You:
● Experienced Headteacher or ambitious Deputy/Assistant Headteacher with a proven
track record of school leadership.
● A dedicated and resilient leader.
● Passionate about high-quality education and committed to achieving the best outcomes
for every child.
● A reflective, strategic thinker who can motivate, influence, and challenge staff to reach
high standards.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships within the
school and the wider local community
● Committed to continuous professional development and innovation in education.
